They are giving all false promise.I have relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad in the last week of July, I have asked for 1 week storage and delivery of the items. they have packed all my house hold items on 23rd July 2014. I have called them to deliver the items on 29th. initially they told the items will be delivered the very next after I call them. I have almost called then for about 25 to 30 times to make sure they are sending my luggage from Bangalore to Hyderabad post that again I have called them so many times so that they will deliver all the luggage . Initially they told it will be delivered in few minutes and they came to deliver the luggage at midnight 12:30.
Inspite of full luggage they delivered only partial luggage and that too it is open. Later they told the remaining luggage will be delivered in 3 days. When ever I call them they are giving some or the other reasons. Since I was calling regularly to follow up, finally they started to give very harsh reply that "It will take another 4 days to deliver the luggage. What can you do? don’t call I will deliver the luggage when ever it comes from Bangalore to Hyderabad". I kept silent for 4 days and called again they are still giving the same reply.
Finally one day when I was in office they called me and told the luggage has come to my home when no one is at home. When I told them to deliver it on the next day they denied and told "You should come to go-down to collect the luggage on you own expense if we are going back now". Some how I managed to reach home to collect the luggage. Finally there are couple of items broken and couple are missing. One interesting thing is along with my luggage they brought some one else LCD TV. Since we opened it we noticed that it is some one else TV. When I enquired about my missing items DTH, Stool, chappal stand etc. they told to reduce 500 from the bill amount and pay the remaining amount before delivering the luggage and 500 will be collected after the missing items are returned. When I denied to pay the full amount by deducting 500. they told that they cannot deliver the goods without payment and if goods go back to godown then it is my expense to get them back and I have to pay the storage charges as well.
Finally I got my luggage with broken, dented items and missing some items
