Whatever they say before booking they won’t do-
1.Packing is worst (taken Rs.5000/- for packing)
2.They will collect taxes more (insurance etc..) but if anything happen they won’t respond
3.They will swap the items
4.No timing
5.No proper response after booking
I booked Consignment from Hyderabad to Bangalore. They said it will take 24Hrs but they delivered after 5 days with broken items. They have not paid anything for insurance and non insurance items.
Simply they will say will talk, but they don’t do anything.
