We have relocated on March 24th, 2017 from Delhi to Nagpur through Aggarwal Packers and Movers. They assured us to reach our household goods within 6-7 days at the destined station by charging almost 70k. But I must say we never got such a pathetic services ever before. While enquiring about our goods location the person with whom we dealt at Delhi Mr. Bchan singh from their marketing office was started excusing himself over phone by saying - " madam now our responsibility gets over, ask from Nagpur Aggarwals ". However after constant follow ups they could able to deliver our household items on 11th day . Though there was no breakage while unloading, but later on after 2-3 days electronic items like Waching machine, fridge started giving functional problems and being told by the mechanics of the same that goods were mishandled badly.
The worst part was that our car DL1CT 8994 booked under GC no WIGNPLM080980 from Delhi to Dwarka on 24/03/17 has been driven and meter reading is 13515 i.e. 565 kms, which as half the distance of Delhi - Nagpur and I strongly believe that conditions of consignee - consignor agreement have been flouted as vehicle was not being brought in car carrier and was just driven for Nagpur. On the way it has met an accident which was informed to me after rigorous follow ups with their various personnel. As per their marketing person, Mr. Bachchan singh the car must have reached by maximum 7th day, if brought in car carrier( i., e. @ 200 kms / day).
Purchase date of my vehicle is 16/09/15 i.e. it is as good as new and sparingly used in last 18 months and driven only 12950 kms in city like Delhi.
It was blend of curse and a trauma for us that why we have fixed India’s No. 1 record holder M/s Aggarwal packers for our household shifting . They were insisting us to use our own personal insurance for bearing the loss, but why should we utilize our own insurance when Aggarwal was at fault in mishandling our vehicle. Though with great difficulty they agreed to bear the cost and it took around 3 months to deliver our vehicle back in the same condition as given on Dated- 24/03/17.
Can you imagine the mental agony through which we passed for 3 months was unforgettable? I hope that M/s Aggarwal packers should justify its brand and should deliver the households in exactly same condition in which it is being handed over to them personnel.
