Please do not even think about hiring them to move your precious household things. Do not believe anything they say. They’ll say yes to every request made by you in the beginning. This is from my own experience. Their brochure is a lie too. Most of the addresses of their offices in different cities do not even exist. I personally went to the one of the addresses mentioned in the brochure and searched for hours and their office was not there. No one in the area even heard about the company.
After loading the stuff, they promised that the container will leave the same night. But it reached the destination a week late...that too in a different container! Some of the stuff was broken too. To that, they said it was already broken!
Do not trust the bill they show you, on top of that I had to pay 1000s of rupees of tips to the loaders. They refused to deliver my car because I held up their final payment. Yes, it was like asking for ransom, "pay full money or forget your car". When I tried to reason that the stuff was broken and I have to deduct some money to compensate that, I got a call from a goon next day saying that they’ll not deliver the car if I do not pay.
Subhash of Agile is not a trustworthy person. Whatever he told me was a lie. Dealing with them caused me a lot of depression and mental trauma. Since I’m busy working in my life and I did not want unnecessary troubles with goons/court/police, I did not take any action against them, but I can advise you all to stay away from this fraud company called Agile Packers and Movers.
