Worst movers & packers
I wanted to get my stuff moved from Gurgaon to Mumbai. Someone visited my place & gave me a quote. They came to pack with substandard material claiming its better than the others. When all the stuff was packed they asked for an 50% advance. I told them all my stuff is going to be with you, why do you need advance, they insisted no its policy & I had to pay. They said you can pay the rest when the stuff is unpacked in my house in Mumbai. When I reached Mumbai, they stuff took 12 days to reach & they called me & said I need to transfer the balance amount only then the stuff will leave the godown.
I had not option since all my stuff was with them, I paid the rest. It took them another 10 days even after the money transfer to send the stuff & that too after me having to call them & literally beg to send the stuff. When the stuff arrived I realized they are just packers & move the stuff through some Best Movers & packers who would only just unload the cartons & not unpack them for us. whats worst is most of the stuff was damaged & these Best movers did not take any ownership if that & now the Gurgaon, Agile packers guy is not even answering my phone so that I can register my complaint & claim for the broken stuff. Also, they charged me Rs. 500 a day for warehousing although they delayed sending the goods to my house.
