I have booked a hotel through Agoda in Mahabaleswar from 28th to 29th december.
I have received the confirmation mail as well. When the reached the hotel it was a surprise for me that there is not booking information at the hotel. Hotel people said this the same case with other traveller s as well who booked using Agoda.
I tried to reach customer care but there is not direct contacts details and not even an email to contact. I feel I lost my money.
Worst hotel booking app ever and these FUxxcR did not even mentioned the details to contact
Don’t ever tempt to book by seeing their prices. Agoda is completely FAKE FAKE.
