This is a horrible online travel company. They have the worst system both browser and the mobile app. And they have no empathy towards customers. There is no after sales Customer Care or support of any kind. And they scam people all the time.
We had made a booking through Agoda.com And then were asked to pay the full amount. Immediately after making the payment we got the booking details. This did not match with our booking. The number of guest was different, the rooms were different. These are the basic information that people input before making any booking. And we had checked and done them properly before confirmation.
Now they will not refund our amount of over 40, 000/- as the hotel is in theNon-refundable category. What bullshit!
This is NOT our fault. Its a fault in the Agoda.com site or backend system. We should not be harassed like this. I will file a legal case for this.
For all fellow consumers: Please be very careful dealing with face-less online companies. When something goes wrong, there is no one to help you. And avoid Agoda.com and save your money.
