I recently booked a suite in the hotel near to Mumbai. When I compared the rates it was lowest on Agoda. so I booked through its website. But when I checked in the hotel Management said at the rate you booked you can only get A/c deluxe room. I am not bothered what rate its being sold. if I booked a particular room I should have got the same.
About Agoda:
You cannot contact them, customer care no is ISD number of UK
Even if you afford to call ISD number they don’t work on weekend(they think ppl go on holiday only on weekdays).
They don’t share even email ids: reply to complaints on website would never be answered.
I found IRCTC more conveniently and trust worthy then Agoda.
So friends don’t get lure by low rates, they are there to cheat you.
