I had booked a room at Pune and agoda people had given a confirmation. But the hotel claims that they had already cancelled the rooms and they cannot provide the room. My money is stuck. The agoda people are not reachable getting very difficult to communicate.
THEY HAVE CONVENIENTLY SENDING AN AUTO REPLY SAYING THAT for CANCELLATION THE MONEY WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED WHEREAS IN MY CASE I DID NOT GET THE ROOM.
EITHER GO THROUGH A RELIABLE PORTAL OR BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HOTELS RATHER THAN LOSING YOUR MONEY.
