I had booked one hotel on 25th Dec in Mangalore through Agoda thinking Agoda has verified the stay and reviewed,
after reaching the location found the rooms are in pathetic condition even if they give for free it is not suitable to stay,
I denied staying there and called Agoda to inform them about the cancellation and searched for another room, where I had to pay heavy due to peak time,
after my trip, I called Customer care for the refund, and after sending all the photos, for my expensce( hotel booking( 4, 840+ another room( 7, 800= total 12, 640) Agoda has give USD 6( Rs 437 as Agoda cash)
who the hell needs this amount.
I strongly say its all fake discounts they show on the site, without any background check, I don’t advice anyone to book through Agoda anymore.
