Worst customercare AGODA

I used Agoda for the 1st time to book this hotel, Only after booking I see the info was wrongly put. So I try to reach Clarion hotel to clarify, they just plainly wash their hands saying they dont know anything about the booking and to contact AGODA in this regard. So I go to the customer service and see 2 options to contact them, 1)email and 2)call  international number) So I email AGODA and even after 12hrs I got no response from them so I call them( spend 50 rs for 2mins) and they say they would call back as they have to call the hotel and then get back to me.After 1 hour I still see no call from them, again I call them to ask them an update, they just say the hotel did not provide them the information so it would take indefinite time for them to get back, I ask them politely why would it take so long for such small a query, they just tell, Madam we spend lot of money to call hotel in India, its not free for us! Such rude and pathetic staff I must say. And she cuts the call randomly without even listening. No more using AGODA. my sincere advise to Indians, You will end up spending a lot( Phonecalls) even though you book at a cheap cost on their website!
