Avoid

I booked a travelodge through agoada and paid for pre paid breakfast, got to the hotel to be told no breakfast due to covid ! Its took weeks to get a refund and when they do they won’t refund back on my card but have gave me a voucher for another booking ! I have told them its not acceptable and I want a refund which they are refusing
