Agoda seems to be cheater company. because recently I booked an hote in Goa through Agoda. The rates per day was given in rupees and when I made a payment from credit card, I found payment was made through USA Dollars. Because of this I had to pay more to the credit card bank. I reported this to Agoda, never get any proper response from them.
Every time I got some weird response. After some time they stopped responding to my concern. so be careful with this company. After seeing all the reviews I think this is a fraud company of some short. If they won’t respond and address my concern defined I will take action in some other way. But defined people should be careful about this company.
