Absolute scam.
Be careful, they will let you make the booking, like 3 months before, and when you near your travel dates, the date hotel will email you to pay before the due date, when you call the hotel, they will say the booking is for 3 people and 3 room, meaning 1 person in one room, and we booked 3 rooms for 7 adults, at the time of booking, now the hotel will tell you, we can allow you to the rooms, provided we pay 2500 per person extra at the hotel,
and customer care at Agoda will tell me to cancel and rebook the hotel, and after I canceled, the room is not available, and if I speak to the hotel again they have the room but for a way, more price than advertised by Agoda, and again, Agoda says very casually, it’s okay, you can book another property which is 3 times more expensive. I also noticed Agoda used booking.com, as when I spoke to the hotel, they said they have an email from Booking.com and Agoda uses booking.com to accept the booking. my whole travel plan got ruined because of this useless website Agoda.
