This is the bitter most experience I had on this booking. I booked the hotel for my dad who travelled solo from Bangalore to Ayodhya for Ram temple darshan. I had the confirmation, email and everything that proves my booking is confirmed. After my dad reached the hotel they(some pandey) said that they don’t have any business with Agoda. Found out that the hotel sold the room under us to others who paid them onsite. Such a cheating on the holy place. My dad had to look out for something else for accomodation for this cheating. I will recommend a big NO TO AGODA AND This hotel. Pathetic ????????
