DO NOT USE AGODA! The information and reviews on the website are fake. I booked a non-refundable room that showed a 7.1 rating and then I looked on TripAdvisor & Google and the reviews were 2.9 & 3. I called Agoda with 4 hours of booking and they said they couldn’t do anything unless the hotel agreed to refund me my money. It’s OBVIOUS that a property with these reviews was not going to give me my money back BUT my point was I didn’t book with the hotel - I booked with AGODA and I used the information they provided. Well it’s fake information - completely unreliable. BTW the property directly was even cheaper! So now I have overpaid for a crappy property. Thanks Agoda!!!! Don’t do it. Don’t risk it!!!!
