I went agra in dec’2014 along with my friends when I was living in kota for engineering entrance exam preparation.
We booked a taxi fromm agra cant at a cost of just 500/- ruppes for whole day.we deposited 500 rupees to one of the police staff counter as everyone does after arriving agra.Because as per the government orders it is necossory for any driver to keep us safe after that only they will get their payment.initiallty I was litterly imprerseed by this rules.
WHEN we started moving towards taj mahal firstly I found out the the streets is full of garbage.including home dust, plastic disposals, papaer garbage.but when taxi dropped us near around the taj then while walking I noticed that there is hundreds of wild animals including cows, buffalos, dogs walking on streets and they polluting the way to taj very badly.
I stood in front on the ticket counter and follow the row to get tickets for entry.I saw many of agents, brokers, local guys broking the line again and again to get tickets.many of them arguing foreigner’s to make himself as a travel guide.their behavior with foreigner is over my limit but somehow I manage to control myself.
when I entered in the taj for the very first time its beauty is over my expectations both of my eyes doesn’t shutdown for a single time.all I manged to say just one word.WOW.morning sunlight sparkling on taj walls which makes it more brighter and beautifull.we passed around 4 hours just to loook around taj and see each and every thing which present in the the campus.
after that I went RED FORD and passed almost 2 hours to take a look of diiferent portions .like-deecan-e-aam, deevan-e-khas etc.
finally the day had overed and we stayed in a hotel name siddharth which facilities and services are of ok quality but its in our budget.there are more than thousands of restaurents located near taj mahal and red ford.we take our dinner at joney’s place which provide us quality & delicious north indian food.
but whenever I looks around the streets, and the outer part of campuses I trully got panic.why the peoples overthere are so irresposible?
why they are not making city clean and safe for all.some of frustated peopeles also written many bullshit things on taj & red ford walls why they are doing this.even they knew it is most visited & historical part of country.
many of foreigner are also talking baout safety failure.i personally felt it when I came back at station for picking my train.
