Hello all:)
This is yet another student of the famed Agrawal Classes.I had enrolled here for my std.12, like many of you .I took my std 12 in 1998 (roughly 6 yrs ago). But the lectures, professors, the n-number of assignments/homeworks ( which were quite a pain then) are still quite clear in my mind.
The day would begin at sharp 7.30 am with a Maths lecture on Derivatives by Babu Sir.He was one person whom I ll respect forever.I was able to crack my Std 12 maths and Engg. Maths problems later, just due to his 120 % dedication in teaching. Then Mathews followed, and use to make us solve numerous problems in atomic physics ( those formulae were reall huge ones..with lots of pis, epsilons and what-not involved). And we were scared of his impositions which he handed out in plenty, if we gave away any wrong answers.Coming to Chem , now Deb was THE BEST:)and my favourite prof too.He made the toughest and deadliest subject in Physical Chem Thermo Dynamics seem so simple, that even I understood it !! Kulkarni Sir and Kadaali Sir were fantastic too..
Agrus was excellent in Maths and Chem and failrly good in Phy (in our time).Basically during our batch, the Phy people were all much senior and pretty strict.Probably, thats why somehow, we were rather scared of approaching them.
So, all aspirants of engg/medicine etc , crack your std.10. Joining Agrus and in the long run, IITs should be your goal!
All the best !!
Thats it
