AgreeYa Solution has very bad management. It recruit people only for project requirement and then throw them out after the project is over. Hire & Fire is the policy.
The onsite perdiem is not very good. It is peanuts. you can not save any thing and also for living you are compromising on food in foreign country.
If you get any chance with AgreeYa for onsite. Never accept Bangladesh or Indonesia or Saudi or Duabi for posting. Life is worst with very less perdiem and room sharing with 3-4 persons in one room. No privacy.
USA onsite pos ting you get USD 45-50 per day for USA; Indonesia is USD25.00 and Dubi is also USD 40.00.
Be ready of getting fired when you return to India after the project. Because if company has no work, then you are gone immediate. Very poor policy no employee welfare only work and very formal company.
AgreeYa has no bench because if you come on bench, you are fired.
