This is the worst ever service, I have used in my life. I had booked a taxi on 13th May, from Hoshiarpur to Dharmshala for travel date 31st May. my tickets were already booked from Delhi for 20th May. our train’s leaving time was 9 PM on 20th may and arrival time was 5:20 am at hoshiarpur station. at 4:30 PM on 20th May, I got a message from AhaTaxi that the booking was cancelled due to non-availaibility of cab. I had called up customer care but they had no answer. we were 6 people with 4 kids and we had very troubling as we didnt have much time left to make alternate arrangements. we had to spent almost double the amount paid for ahataxi.
I would sugget never trust on these guys and it’s better to go for little expensive taxi in the beginning not to face last time trouble.
I would rate this taxi service as the worst ever service just to make money.
