I’m sharing my personal experience with AIE cars(Neelankarai branch).
I booked CIAZ(Brown) at Dec-15 and they told that waiting period is 30-45 days. But there is no update from their side after 30 days. Even If I try to contact the sales executive, he is not responding for the calls.
From their website I got the sales manager number and then asked them when they will deliver the car. But they are not able to answer for it(It seems they not even send the booking request to Maruti) . Blindly they are saying 2015 model Silver color car is available, if you are ok, we will deliver.:)
I said I dont want Silver color, plz cancel my booking and refund the amount immediately. They accepted my cancellation immediately. Not even single word from them to convince me(So their intention is they have to sale 2015 model which was there in their hand. Not worrying about customer’s requirement).
After one week follow up, I received the booking amount.
After that I booked it in Vishnu cars Chrompet and I received the car with in 30 days.
