Hello everyone, I want to share my personal experience on AIIMS Hospital Lajpat Nagar(Ansari Nagar). I visited to AIIMS for my brothers spinal cord checkup as his spinal is little bit bent and had major problem during working or studing.
Dr. Bhavuk Garg one of the top trusted and well experienced in regarding orthopedics at AIIMS hospital and Assistant professor of orthopedics department. He try his every level best for giving a better treatment.
Infrastructure is very good of new building( new front head block including reception)but on the another hand the old blocks(buildings) is quiet congested due to less internal area space. This causes huge crowd of staff and patients.
I asked 2 staffs about the room number of Dr. Bhavuk Garg but the replied wrong number and answered in bad manner. After that I asked in inquiry office in the basement hall then he provided me the right location i.e. Room number 8.
As I along with my father went there to take the date of operation from Dr. Bhavuk Garg, we waited outside room number 8 outside since 4 hours for our number after submitting my documents to staff outside the chamber. The atmosphere was quiet humid due to huge crowd of patients outside the chamber, no ventilation, and less fans.
we asked the staff several times about our visiting number, but he replays always(1 ghante me apka number aa jayega mai bula lunga app wait karo), as we asked 3 times at the interval of per 1 hour but he replays the same. when I told you are cheating and providing number to another person indirectly he started arguing with me and told me( gahr jao le apni document tumhara number kavi v nahi ayega yaha). What the hell is this is he the managing director? or Main head of that department who takes this type of decision and always argue with every patient. Is this the way of supporting or the way of hospitality taught to him?
This is totally wrong system of AIIMS which I dont like. the management should take care of this types of issues and either resolve it or replace such type of staff. We all pay for our visit and all this lead to bad impression in our view.
After frustration we went directly to directors chamber to resolve my issue. The director took quick action and contacted directly to the chamber and on spending our hard time with issues we met Dr. Bhavuk Garg.
overall I The managing director should make the perfect system for every visitors, so that they would be treated well on time at any case. And on the another hand he should teach the lesson of hospitality to every employees and staffs so to maintain a better system at hospital.
