I am Pratyancha Mishra and my Father Mr. ANIL MISHRA was a Cancer patient at AIIMS. His treatment was for duration of 2 months at AIIMS and we are basically from Lucknow. We opted AIIMS over PGI and other Cancer Hospitals present in Lucknow just because with the surety of treatment.
Treatment has been started with the no of 37 radiotherapy and 7 chemotherapy from August 6. As per our Dr. Atul Sharma - ENT Department, blood checkup is advised before and after every Chemo. We were very patience with the unusual que system and their extreme rude staff as each and every one used to say "Apko zyada jaldi hai to kahi or kara lo jaa ke".
His last Chemo was dated for 3 october and our OPD date for reviewing reports was for 1 october. My father became so weak and even wasn’t able to sit on wheelchair. DR. ATUL SHARMA REVIEWED ALL HIS REPORT AND TOLD EVERY THING IS FINE JUST NEED TO EAT MORE AND IF SOME SEVERE PROBLEM OCCURS IN BREATHING DUE TO COUGH THEN TAKE HIM TO EMERGENCY so my father was breathing normally and he didn’t complained about it.
Date:- 2 October, time:- 4:08 pm MY FATHER DIED. We came back with his body and all the reports to Lucknow and after funeral when our Family Doctor checked his reports he told us about the high deficiency in platelets and other which are clearly visible in the report.
I need justice for my father as he is no more with us but taught to fight against wrong. I want DR. ATUL SHARMA TO REVIEW ALL THE REPORTS AGAIN AND ACCEPT THAT ITS HIS FAULT FOR NOT PROVIDING PROPER FOCUS ON PATIENT AND DUE TO HIS IGNORANCE MY FATHER LOST HIS LIFE AND WE LOST OUR FATHER AT HIS VERY EARLY AGE.
