I travelled from Bangalore to pune on 17th of march. Overall experience was ok. Tickets fair was less. All the communication on messages and email were delivered properly.y flight got delayed by 45 mins but I got the SMS as soon as it was announced. They dont provide any free food inside. The staff was polite and helpful. Travel time also maintained very well. Overall nothing really to complain about as apart from jet airways ( too costly) and air india( Dont make me talk about them : p) no one provides food as complimentary in flights
