The staff are simple rude and extremely unhelpful in Bengaluru. They misguided me wrt to duty free liquor and told me that I can carry it in hand baggage. When the security didn’t allow it they didn’t accept the blame and even worse they made me pay extra to check in the hand baggage with the duty free products inside even though the weight of the hand baggage was within limits and refused to get my bag back to put the duty free products in them. Highly unprofessional, very unhelpful and they just talk to you rudely. Highly avaiodable. I fly twice a month and have never faced a situation like this. Please fly any other airline as they have no ethics.
