My wife flew Delhi - Bangalore a few days ago by the evening flight. Here are her comments - "First Air Asia flight, quite pleasant. Liked their uniform black for the male stewards with subtle red piping. Females red skirt and jacket with black shoes with red piping, nice".
Flight was on time, aircraft was new and clean, and using Terminal 3 in Delhi is a joy compared to Terminal 1.
However, food which was pre-ordered was a "multi-grain veggie sandwich" while in actual fact it was a soggy white maida bread apology of a sandwich, which is not done. After booking food months in advance, to be given something which is really unhealthy, is unacceptable.
Luckily, she had carried some food from home, and the taxi driver was grateful for a sandwich. But hello Air Asia, please do not cut corners for such things. If it is white maida bread, say so.
