I was travelling on the air asia flight from Guwahati to New Delhi and it was my first experience on this airline on 1 st june. First I had an isssue with the hand baggage and latter with the food that was serve to me on the airlines. I hopped that the air asia being the new starters in the industry will provide some mind blowing service but my experience was really the opposite as the food and the behavior on the board flight was not suitable for my liking.
Air asia service and the way they repply back despite being paid on the food was really unsatisfied.
With the help of my review please I would like you to please take care on the food that you serve on the airlines and please try to increase and quality as the customer service should be your priority.
The ticket fare that was available during the booking was also high but ok I understand that is not controllable.
