I have travelled many times in airasia airlines. Everyone said that airasia airline is one of the famous low cost airlines but it is false. The are cgarging fees for food, seat, insurance, luggage etc. The cost is more or less same compare than other airlines. Also if you book the food in airlines then they didnt provide it to us. They said that we have to pay again for food. It is kind of cheating, apart from that everything is ok.
The airline has to improve lot and provide offers to customers. They must satisfy the customers need while travel in the sky.
I really disappointed with this aorlines, the airline was not convinient also.
