Air Asia is a Malaysian low-cost airline and has operations in India as well. Recently, I flew to Jaipur from Bangalore in Air Asia, aircraft was clean and new but my experience with it is very average as the space between the seats are less and not that comfortable as compared to other airlines. They don’t have headrests as well. Cabin Crew is hospitable and supportive. Flight landed to Jaipur on time.
Though it’s a low cost airline it will always come next to Indigo as I like Indigo very much. They are always on time compared to all other airlines.
