All Five seats allocated to us in different row.

I dont have an option for zero star. Air asia is pathetic airlines. Customer support is the worst and not willing to help customer. I booked five tickets from BLR to COK.   When I tried to do webecheck in I got to know All five seats were allocated to us in different row. They randomly allocate seat to each user and when I tried to change seat I can see only premium seats available. I called to customer care with the question when I am travelling with my 3 year old baby, and my old parents. Airasia already knows the date of birth as I filled them during flight booking. why they have not allocated the seats in same row. further they were not able to change the seats and stick only to give premium seats without any wave off. I spend one hour in talks but they are not customer oriented.


Very bad experience with AirAsia. Also I have travelled before too. the Airbus is of low grade with very narrow leg space.


I will advise better to avoid Air Asia.
