I have booked two tickets with AirAsia from Bangalore to Delhi.By mistake the date selected was wrong.
So I have to cancel the tickets.There is no option in the website to cancel a ticket as guest.You need to first register. After registering you wont be able to see the tickets in that account.
Then I called the call centre. Call centre was only till 9.00 pm.My cost of ticket was Rs;11460/-After too much struggle I have cancelled the ticket online and it was showing refund of only Rs:2500/-
But I didnt get the refund even after 3 days.So I called the call center. Asked why the amount has not been credited she said " it will take 7 more days". because she created the Ticket for refund only now.
Also asked why the refund is only Rs: 2500/- she said " I have to check with the backend team".Ideally the cancellation charge is Rs:1740x 2=3480
But the customer care has no clue why they charged more.

I never book this Airline again. they are not customer friendly.Their website mis-guide, No cancellation options, Website not user friendly, customer care is not trained properly, their system does wrong calculation.
Customer has no clue. horrible Airline.
