AirAsia is the worst airlines ever! I would never recommend you travel on this airline! I would rather spend a little extra and go on any other airline. I booked tickets from Bom- Malaysia- Bom. While we were travelling in Malaysia they sent us an email that the flight to Bombay which was 5 days later was cancelled as they had not received the new plane from the supplier. Ridiculous! How can you sell tickets for the date if you don’t have a aircraft! This was just an excuse I am sure they were not able to sell the tickets. The flight rules are just stupid! 7 kg handbag is extremely stupid.. we took bags that we normally don’t check in but Air asia would not allow. The wait to get the bags on the belt was 45 mins. There is no bus service from the gate to the flight. They just drop you in the middle of the airport and you have to walk to the gate. The air pressure in the flight was really bad.
The staff is extremely rude. They were not apologetic for cancelling our flight and were extremely rude. They offered no compensation for the extra night we would have to stayif we were to choose the next day flight. They also said " Its mentioned in our terms and conditions that we can cancel any flight as long as we inform you". We had to buy a full price one way ticket on Malaysian airlines on the way back. Highly recommend flying Malaysian airlines.
