Indians in general are difficult customers to handle & expect all air travel companies to be more like charter jet companies.
I was booked on Blr Maa Blr for 29th Nov & 3rd Dec respectively.
One was cancelled & other Rescheduled.
Air Asia is the worst airline ever, changing schedules, cancelling & difficult service provider with maybe two aircraft’s operating in a large country like India.
Just proves that bribes matter & our past UPA minister was also on the take at the cost of Air India, which has a larger fleet but is mis- managed badly.
Only Indigo & Jet give value for money travel with least fuss. Rest, Go, Spice, Air Costa, Air Asia are all badly run outfits .
