Hi friends. Its me Navin and now I am going to share my experiences about Air Astana. An airlines which claim ’Best Airline in Central Asia and India.’ But realty is fully opposite than the truth. An airlines which lacks in customer care, service delivery, behaviour, food facilities etc. There were so much mistakes which I can not count. Till the time of booking to the landing, it was full of erorrs, mistakes, and horrible experience. Even I do not want to remember my journey with Air Astana.
That was 14th of june 2017 when I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Moscow. My flight was in morning and the time was 9: 15. As I got my ticket through mail I was shocked that it was anyhow showing 4: 15 in evening. As I took a screen shot while booking always just to secure myself from any mishap. It is a good step as I get an evidence in order to claim my actuality. So then I talked to Customer care and told them about my problem. Firstly the were not ready to listen my problem as they are claiming that it is your mistake and we are not respobsible for it. But when I send them the screen shot then they were ready to listen me. After a few hottalk they got ready to change my ticket. It was not only the end of the problem while it was the start. As on due date I went to airport to get my flight. As it is my habit that I always reach before time just to avoid last minute rush. When the time was about to come then they told me that your flight get postponed to 6: 15 pm. I was so shocked to know and nobody told me avout this. I asked them that even you can inform me through call or a mail but their reply was so impolite. I found myself cheated and helpless. I had to wait till whole evening. Well anyhow I got my flight then I find that seats were not comfortable as it could be. When I asked water then an air hostess informed me that at the time of food we will provide you the water. I was regretting on my destiny that why I booked this airline. So that time was also came when I got my food with water. And the food was tasteless, even not worthy as it hoped to be. Well anyhow I reached my destination then I promised myself that I will never ever book any ticket from Air Astana.
