We booked flight tickets to and for for air costa airlines.
for the onward journey, the flight was dealyed by 2 hours and we got message about this before. But after that also the flight was again delayed for 1 hour and there was no intimation at all about this. we were just standing near the security gate waiting for boarding for one hour and there was no staff to tell about the flight status. Finally boarded the flight and the journey was for more duration compared to the actual time
Now comes the worst part which made us decided never to book air costa tickets again.
For the return journey, we got a message saying that the flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. We called customer care of air costa. They gave us two option we can either prepone or postpone the journey by one day. So we chose to prepone it. But on the day of journey, suddenly in the morning we got a message saying that this flight is also cancelled due to operation reasons. We tried a lot to call customer care but no answer at all for long time.Finally after two/three hours one person answered the call but he was not able to tell the reason why the flight was cancelled. When we asked how can we go back because we were not able to get any train/bus tickets, the answer from that person made us much much irritated. He replied like " Its ur wish how u want to return sir".this is the worst answer anyone can expect from such an airlines after planning the journey two moths ahead.
Finally.
Its waste of time waiting for the flight in the airport for departure.waste of time calling the customer care in case of any isues.waste of money if u r planning much ahead.unnecessary tensions if u have to travel in case of emergency
Better to choose others if u have options even if it is little costlier
