I booked my flights for 11th and 13th March and the flights - you guessed it right - got cancelled. I asked for a refund and on 12th March I received my refund.
Yesterday, out of nowhere, the refund has been reversed and the customer care number 08666699966 is basically useless. They put you on hold forever and yet no one answers it. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes at least 3 - 4 times today. Looks like they are shutting their operations.
Please note that the reversal of the refund is back-dated. So yesterday there was no such reversal and today it shows that the reversal was done on 12th March itself.
So basically I have lost the amount I spent on booking 2 tickets and looks like that’s 3.5k I am never seeing again!
Don’t ever use this airline. They are dodgy.
