We’ve booked tickets for 2 adults and 1 children 2 months in advance from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam. total amount of 13281.


Bangalore to Vishakapatnam on 04 FEB, 2017 and Vishakapatnam to Bangalore on 12 FEB, 2017. Bu we got a message on 4th Feb 2017 that return flight has been cancelled. after seeing that message we got fully tensed and after multiple times calling to customer care for couple of hours they have agreed to reschedule our return journey one day before ie., 11th Feb 2017. we were some what happy. But again on 10th Feb we got one more messasge that flight on 11th Feb also cancelled and make your alternate arrangements and we will your money refunded. again wasted couple hours to discuss with call center people but they rudely saying that’s why we informing in advance(ie., just couple of hours before departure) so that you will look for alternate transport.


i’m still waiting to get refund of around 6600 rs/- from Air Costa. But respite sending many reminders I didn’t get my money back.


initially they used to send replys by saying sorry for inconvenience due to high cancellation we were unable to settle your amount. we will process in 7 days/15 days
