1- Check in very very very bad the worst among all airlines, the male security guards flirt with the female security guards at the chennai domestic check in counter. they made me wait to collect my baggage cause the male security guard was hitting on a female security guard disgusting. The security staff at the check in counter do not take their job seriously they are mostly gossiping or sloppy the service is very slow, think Jet Airways and indigo is the best at check in service even Air India for that matter.
We reached the airport early but got delayed due to the check in counter at Air Costa very very bad service lethargic staff, wish the MD reads this he has to revamp immediately if he is serious about his business.Well you can even see them dozing or snoring its ridiculous wonder if the MD has experienced this on his flight or overlooked it? I will click a picture in my next trip to give the airline proof of this.
2 - Well we had Captain Siddharth on the flight trust me the take off and landing earlier too we have traveled by Air Costa is awful, you feel like as though all the food you just had or had earlier has gone for a spin its so bad at an altitude of 30000 they just dive down in leaps and bounds and I wonder if they think passengers cannot understand the games pilots play these days or pilots are not taking their jobs seriously.
Very very rash take off and landing seriously say your prayers during this you feel like your in some air drill you start sweating and wish you never sat on that flight its that bad by the way I am not bluffing captain Siddharth flew lb 631 Chennai to Hyderabad.
3 - I really wish they shut down if they go on at this rate with no improvement doesn’t make sense if customer is not king there are other better airlines who can gain on their closing no big deal pathetic service!
