I have traveled through almost on all domestic airlines and first time choose AirCosta, first of all I was surprise to see this name first time by surprise when I went to book tickets. Being a coastal guy and a bit unsure about how the experience would be in a coastal based management, the whole travel left me with surprisingly very good experience.
First the luggage check was done very quick.I expected a shabby air hostess, but they look great and professional.First time in my life the aircraft started 10 minutes early as all booked people boarded the aircraft. That blowed my mind. They also landed us almost 20 minutes in early.
On board no food was included in the ticket but they served good items. I have ordered Upma, which was a readymix type for Rs.120/- not a worth but I can suggest AirCosta, that they can really try hot upma and other breakfast items on board, it doesn’t cost much in India to prepare 1 hour before and keep it hot. One uncommon and good gesture is that they served water even before the aircraft was airborne.
Last but not the least and their signature advertisement about long leg room was literally true and seating was very comfortable. There was not much of a severe vacuum generated while flight take off and ears were not painful and landing was amazing the pilots bowled us with a smooth landing.
Overall an amazingly excellent experience.
