Worst airline I have ever booked. they cancelled my flight from vizag to hyderabad, and notified me in the 11th hour, and didn’t even make alternate arrangements . they have very old embraer e170 aircraft. by far indigo and spicejet were far better experiences.
Those of you who need to attend important appointments on time, please never rely on this airline. their service helpline is supposed to be 24 hours, but they don’t pick up many times. their website cannot track my pnr status and shows error messages multiple times. horrible way to travel.
