I arrived in Delhi on 1st of Sep from Paris by Air France. My baggage did not arrive with me. Lodged a baggage missing report and the person at the airport counter asked me to file a claim for necessary purchases if my baggage doesn’t arrive within 12 hrs.


I was delivered my baggage on the 3rd of Sep.Accordingly I filed a small claim of about 6K rupees alongwith bills. The mail receipt was acknowledged by Air France but no action was taken. Even my reminder mails or calls have not been responded back by them. Never expected such a behavior from an airlines like Air France and such a pathetic customer care with no concern towards their customers.
