Air India Express is hands down one of the worst airlines Ive ever flown with. Not once, not twice, but every single time, no matter the route or city.
If youre even thinking about booking with them, dont. Choose any other airline if you value your time, money, or sanity. The staff are rude, uncooperative, and completely indifferent to passengers needs. Theres absolutely no sense of professionalism or courtesy.
And the greed? Next level. They tried to charge me for just 0.5 kg extra baggage, even though I wasnt carrying any hand luggage at all. Its beyond ridiculous. This kind of money-grabbing attitude shows exactly what Air India Express stands for. Not service, just profit.
Ive traveled a lot, but never have I encountered an airline this petty and shameless. Charging for half a kilo like its gold, while delivering rock-bottom service.
Avoid Air India Express at all costs. Its not just bad, its a complete disaster of an airline
