I travel by this airline most of the time, not because I like their service but because I’m forced to. This is the only flight that flies directly to my hometown. Other than their punctuality, there is nothing good about their flights. Their seats are uncomfortable and they have very poor service. I also recommend you go on their flights with a full stomach since food provided is not satisfactory.
