Our flight was from goa to mumbai and another was from mumbai to amd. There was rain going on and time of arrival of flight was 10 pm. We inquired at the counter and they said that flight is at time. We waited for more than 1 hour and flight arrived at 11:30 pm. Then we reached mumbai. A small bus was supposed to carry passengers and luggage from domestic airport u to mumbai international airport from where we had to catch another air india flight. The bus ran away early and includind us around 15 persons were left behind. We complained to airport staff and they said it was air india’s mistake and then we complained to air india staff and after so much quarrel with them they send anouther bus. Also the snacks given in flight were also not very good. Also the fight from mum. to amd. was late by 5 hours
