Air india policy of breaking Baby strollers

Air India an airline actually going down the drain . tax payers money wasted on the airline

i raised a complaint on 5th November 2018 Log no -095

My son’s stroller was damaged during our flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai Flight no AI 662

they most shocking reply received was that the stroller is not protected under baggae policy so they mean to say they are allowed to break baby strollers under their policy or people with infant and children shoild not travel on their airline ?

what assurity and safety do we have on such an airline ?

part 2 - air india offered to compensate finally for the stoller but I shared the cost of repair 3600 with them they said we cant pay so much

then offered another stroller which was same make but cheaper model half the price left by some other passenger and wanted my stroller in exchange how disgusting
