Ai317 says Hong Kong to Mumbai (via Delhi )and Mumbai to Bangalore by 8 am but due to delay they made us to get down in Delhi with last minute information after shouting at them and management failing to re-accommodate me to Blr atleast by 11 am to catch another flight I have to cancel my journey from Del to Blr after lot of unsuccessful efforts at mid night I had to roam like mad fellow from one to another AI staff for 4 hours. Now I dont want to do my return journey from Bangalore to Hong Kong.
Any air india staff who see this should be ashamed of cheating customer by stating some route in ticket and doing differently to it. Change yourself and stick to commitment with full information to customer well in advance or we have to change from your air lines.
Do u know I could not accompany my wife with fracture leg and she had to take care of kids on my next connecting flight that I missed due to air india ?
