Hi I am sharing experience of air india airlines.
I want to go from kolkata to Mumbai from Air India airlines. I want to book a ticket from Air India application.
I do a lot of attempt to book a ticket but the website takes long time to open and runs very slow finally o go to airport and book a ticket from here my departure time and date is 27 December 2017 and time is 5pm and when I reached to airport kolkata and do the formalities complete and now I waiting for the flight.
The time of flight is 5pm and 4.50pm I listen and announcements that the air india airlines is late for one hour and still I am waiting and the flight arrives at two hours late and when its arrive at airport and we go in plan and announcements is being hear that it takes half an one hour to fly.
And the flight seats are too closed the front seat Sink to knees and discomfortable to passengers and the washroom are not cleaned well and the caben crew staff are not well trained. Totally I disappointed from Air India airlines.
