This is my review for our Indian glory airlines, queen of skies the AIR INDIA. First let me tell you the hospitality of this airline, good. Good doesn’t means it is related to crew behavior or crews. You people have enough seen the crew of air India, old, aged.
They act like the airline is hire by them and you have given an opportunity to avail. One day I was traveling from Mumbai to varanasi. They gave me one cold drink and I had it, I was looking to the window then suddenly she came and like shhhhh.sh and she was telling me to give your glass if it is empty and that’s all in waving her head.
Sometimes the flight gets delayed for 5 to 6 hours. The flight sometimes has no cleaning. The food waste is still on the floor or folding table. It’s what they do cause nobody can do anything to them as they think. Flight air-conditioning, light is good no complaints about that. Overall OK.
