Worst experience of life
I was used to travel outside India for my business trips. I have not used air India before. But last time coming from London I was not getting last minute ticket in other airline and had to book ticket from air India. From starting it was very bed experience. It was delayed with no reason. Somehow we entered and when it took off there was a very big sound. I was scared. It was the worst flight I have ever travelled.
Their staff’s behavior was also not good. They were busy with each other and not giving attention to passengers call. Fortunately we manage to landed in India at that time also big sound was continuously coming.once I thot it would be crashed. After that experience I have decided I will never book my flight with air india.
