Flight New Dehli to Singapore A319 business class.
Paid for business class and seated in economy yet despite ticket saying business they wouldn’t let us move to the vacant seats in front of the curtain.
Old plane that was filthy. Service limited by a hostess with very poor English skills.
No food served, one drink offered in 5 hour flight. Hostess and cabin manager slept for most of the flight in full view of the lucky business class passengers.
Found the Seats had next to no padding and limited recline once we were moved to business after the flight took off. Economy seats more comfortable.
Recommend that you choose other airlines where possible and definitely don’t waste your money on business class. Nothing at all positive to say about Air India other than we made it to Singapore.
Air India should take out the worst airline of the year award quite easily.
